Auto Advisors – New Business Development
Auto Advisors ask us to develop a public relations program to expand awareness in their
different markets. Because their primary customers are credit union members, the company
needed to develop more credit unions that in turn allowed them to reach more end-user customers.
Our approach was to design marketing materials targeted to the credit union management team to
outline how the service created more profit than indirect auto line and therefore was better
for the credit union. The program included a brochure, pitch letter, 3 mailings (CEO, VP Lending,
Marketing Director), news releases, and educational articles.

- Meetings with 2 new credit unions
