Space Congress
The Space Congress Committee hired us to handle marketing and publicity for the annual
space symposium held in Cape Canaveral. A national event, our role was to market the
event to attendees for the conference, and generate interest in the media to attend,
interview speakers, feature space leaders, and maintain a presence in the space community
about the event. We handled event sponsorships, pre-event publicity, marketing materials,
event publicity, speaker interviews, press materials, generating feature stories, online
and on-site press room, as well as general advertising, programs, and signage.
- Over $262,000 in PR value with $8,000 in free advertising
- 20 speaker and panel members interviews
- Over 40 media in attendance and live local television coverage during opening
- National media coverage from CNN, NY Post, Aviation Week and Popular Mechanics
